Our project coordinator André Clausner has been invited for a talk at MAM2024 conference in Milan that took place between 18th and 21st of March 2024. The topic was advanced characterization and modelling for degradation processes in copper BEoL stacks of next generation power devices. A big audience with a majority having an industry background in electronics metallization were listening with high interest and afterwards, discussing the topics of the talk. Subsequentially, using the very good networking possibilities of the conference, there have been plenty of fruitful exchanges on the presented AddMorePower topics with several follow up actions.
