We are delighted to share with you the interview with the coordinator of the AddMorePower project, Andre Clausner. In this interview, Andre shares the first insights on the project status, his contribution to standardization and his involvement in lab-based-X-ray microscopy. As mentioned, we are in the middle of a big boom in new generations of power electronics based on wide bandgap semiconductors. Those materials and devices behave differently to state-of-the-art silicon technologies, especially in terms of their dislocation structure and degradation processes. AddMorePower aims to vastly enhance characterization and modelling techniques to deal with these new challenges in an industrial environment. For more insights, check the video below.
