In this interview, we had the opportunity to get a closer look at the amazing work performed by Antoine and his team at LEM3.
Antoine Guitton is a tenured associate professor at the Université de Lorraine in Metz, France. For AddMorePower Antoine is mainly involved in the work of electron microscopy, modelling and characterization techniques. As described in the interview, Antoine sees AddMorePower as a high-gain project that merges fundamental research with a direct impact on the industry.
His team at LEM3 is composed of three senior scientists, one postdoctoral researcher and one doctoral researcher. Additionally, there is also a joint doctoral researcher between LEM3 and KAI, resulting in a close collaboration with KAI as well as Infineon in Villach, Austria. At LEM3 they are currently focused on the research phase and aim to submit the first publication soon.
When talking about the most important achievements, Antoine points out the unique side of the AddMorePower project which brings together various expertise from both academia and industry to address common objectives in the digital transition in the European Union.
