In the past months, the AddMorePower project made some steps forward with the research and development of modelling and characterization for the power semiconductor materials. The project needs very close interaction between the WPs and the addressed characterization, modelling, and data handling techniques. To align the ongoing technical work, the AddMorePower consortium gathered for a technical progress meeting on 4th-5th July 2023 in Villach, Austria.
During the meeting, hosted by Infineon Technologies Austria AG, there were in-depth cross-WP discussions, enriched ad-hoc discussions and a guided showroom tour.
